Head Chef

 Responsibilities: 

 

  • Plan, directs and evaluate the F&B products and services, daily operations and workflow in the kitchen
  • To plan and supervise kitchen operation in order to achieve business target
  • To maintain food quality and improve process of existing services
  • To analyze customers comments and make necessary improvement
  • Ability to work in fast moving environment and multi tasking

                                                                                                             

 

 

Requirements:

       •   Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

       •   Ability to work in fast moving environment and multi tasking.
       •   Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
