Plan, directs and evaluate the F&B products and services, daily operations and workflow in the kitchen
To plan and supervise kitchen operation in order to achieve business target
To maintain food quality and improve process of existing services
To analyze customers comments and make necessary improvement
Ability to work in fast moving environment and multi tasking
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Ability to work in fast moving environment and multi tasking.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
